For a number of years we had been unsuccessfully searching for a condo that we would be willing to move to and give up living in and enjoying our current comfortable house.
Kent's reputation as an outstanding real estate professional led us to choose him to help us in our search. He began with a house appraisal. He then skillfully sought to understand what we were looking for in a condo. This allowed him to set his property search engine to target our desires. As new condo listings of potential interest showed up, Kent immediately let us know. For those we wanted to see, Kent quickly arranged for showings. Kent sold my mothers condo. After living there for over 45 years my mother went through a great deal of emotion. Additionally, I do not live locally, limiting my ability to help. There were many examples of how Kent went above and beyond. Even after the sale Kent continued to assist. My grandmothers piano had a great deal of sentimental value to me. This was a cash sale so there wasn't a lot of time to arrange to pick the piano up. Kent arranged for me to keep the piano there for a couple of extra days and himself met the movers when they arrived. It turned out that he even helped with the piano move. Now, I'm not saying he'll move piano's for you, but, he did what it took to sell the condo, was respectful of my mother and cared about what was important to me. Thank you Kent!
