Kent sold my mothers condo. After living there for over 45 years my mother went through a great deal of emotion. Additionally, I do not live locally, limiting my ability to help. There were many examples of how Kent went above and beyond. Even after the sale Kent continued to assist. My grandmothers piano had a great deal of sentimental value to me. This was a cash sale so there wasn't a lot of time to arrange to pick the piano up. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling a property (time and effort) and how they promote listings. Kent stood out as the best in St. Petersburg. His social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings.
We spoke with Kent and then met with him at our home that he listed and sold.
