He often went well above and beyond what a "standard" Realtor would do (from my experience) - from the professional videography, to a standalone website for my home, to supplying a few pieces of staging furniture at no extra cost, to very personal offers of assistance while I was living away while the house was listed, such as collecting my mail and forwarding it, taking care of a few maintenance issue, and even offering to mow my grass, when my lawn company went AWOL!
