I believe that his video is what sold the house to an out-of-state buyer from California. The open house was very successful resulting in multiple offers from qualified buyers. We were able to execute a contract considerably above list price, and Kent was able to facilitate having everything signed electronically. He introduced me to a professional title company that made the closing process seamless. There are thousands of agents who are licensed to sell a house, but the knowledge, professionalism, and proven track record that Kent and his team bring to the table is second to none!
